SilverCreek application can be installed on a Sun SPARCstation running Solaris, a Redhat Linux or Fedora Linux workstation (i386 32 bit), or a PC running MS Windows and works in a TCP/IP network environment. SilverCreek can communicate with and test any SNMP agent on the network provided the necessary access information is available to the user and the SNMP agent is alive. For testing multiple products, or for a lab environment, the Workgroups Server is recommended.
